Trivia Night!!

This past Wednesday, we had our first OAM event to take place on a work night! (We live on the edge out here in Los Angeles!)

You’ll notice many of our events have included a lot of planning and baking and decorating and an overall need for creativity and organization. Well, we decided to let someone else do the work for us and just have a laid back Trivia Night! 

A local bar called The Fox and Hounds hosts a trivia night every Monday and Wednesday! Each of us ladies bring a certain area of expertise to the table, so we figured we would totally dominate this test of trivial knowledge! But just in case there was a question about NCAA sports, we thought we should invite the men from our Ask XY panel to join. Strength in numbers!

Over the course of seven rounds, we threw down answers to questions, named the different Georges pictured on a page, played flip cup, and matched the TV shows to their corresponding on-screen pets.

It was dark and my phone has no flash.

You’d think with that many entertainment industry professionals we’d crush a category called “Movies from the South,” but we only got 7 out of 10! Sorry Clint Eastwood, but none of us have seen “The Outlaw Josey Wales.”

So we didn’t win, but we fell somewhere in the 80th percentile! Everyone had a moment where they pulled an answer out of thin air, and that makes a person feel special. We had some laughs, ate fish & chips, then discovered that Guinness mixed with Fox Barrel Blackberry Cider is pretty tasty! All-in-all, a good night!
