Mashed potatoes!! Never alcohol or healthy foods like fruits and veggies. It’s all about the carbs!!

Chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate. Cake, cookies, ice cream!!! Oh and pasta and pizza please!

I crave savory snacks over sweets. Keep your Hershey bar I want a big can of Pringles!









Chocolate. Candy. More of everything. Being diabetic, it sucks. LOL
Chocolate! Chocolate ice cream, candy, sometimes hot chocolate if I can’t find anything else! I once ate a triple layer fudge cake in two hours! I’m pretty sure that if I wasn’t on my period, all that chocolate would have made me sick!
I crave chocolate of course and something salty or cheesy, which I just munch on cheez-its.
sweet….then salt….then sweet….then salt…it becomes a viscious cycle!! And yes, just more of everything…
Chocolate and peanut butter make a great combo. Sweet and salty all in one. Dip it, spread it, or just eat a whole bag of Reeses PB Cups.
I am like Jocelyn! I start with a salty nutty thing or chips or hummus and pita… then, next round sweet tasty things. I love the Reese’s Fast Break with the nougat in it. Lemon bars, caramel frosted cream long johns… But will eat veggies and a slice of cheese and try to refrain from the cycle!
TONS of protein and fat. Most common is bacon and cheeseburgers. I once ate almost a pound of bacon on my own!
